You may reduce your deposit limit at any time and the reduction takes effect immediately. Any request to increase a deposit limit is subject to a mandatory 7-day waiting period before the higher limit becomes active, giving you time to reconsider.

In addition to deposit limits, jileevo offers loss limits that cap the total amount you can lose within a given period. If your net losses reach the limit you have set, your account will be paused for the remainder of that period. Loss limits can be set and adjusted using the same process described above and are subject to the same 7-day cooling period for any increase requests.

Time-Out and Cooling-Off Periods

A time-out is a short-term break from jileevo that you can activate whenever you feel you need to step away from gambling for a defined period. Unlike self-exclusion, a time-out is temporary and your account automatically reactivates when the chosen period expires.

What Happens During a Time-Out

Once a time-out is activated, your jileevo account is immediately suspended. You will not be able to log in, make deposits, place bets, or access any games for the duration of the chosen period. All scheduled marketing communications from jileevo are also paused during your time-out. Any existing balance in your account at the time of activation remains safe and accessible when the time-out expires or through withdrawal request.

Extending a Time-Out

You may contact jileevo support at any time during a time-out to request an extension. Extensions are processed immediately and no cooling period is applied. Your time-out cannot be cancelled early — if you believe you need a longer break than your initial selection, we encourage you to consider a self-exclusion instead.

Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion is jileevo's most comprehensive responsible gaming measure. It is designed for players who feel that gambling has become a serious problem and that they need a complete, long-term break from the platform. Self-exclusion permanently and irrevocably closes your access to jileevo for a minimum period of 6 months, with options for longer exclusion up to 5 years or permanent closure.

How Self-Exclusion Works

Once you request self-exclusion, jileevo will immediately deactivate your account. You will be unable to log in, create a new account using the same identity details, or access any jileevo service for the duration of your exclusion. All marketing communications will cease permanently. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of self-exclusion will be returned to you via your registered payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or Dutch-Bangla Bank) following identity verification.

Self-Exclusion Durations

  • 6 Months — Minimum self-exclusion period. Cannot be reversed or shortened once activated.
  • 1 Year — Recommended for players who have identified a sustained pattern of problematic gambling.
  • 5 Years — For players who need an extended period of distance from all gambling activity.
  • Permanent — Irreversible lifetime exclusion for players who decide to stop gambling permanently.

Requesting Self-Exclusion

Our team will process your request immediately — within 24 hours at the latest — and send you a written confirmation. If you are in crisis and need immediate access restriction, please state this clearly in your message and our team will prioritise your request.

Self-exclusion is irreversible for the chosen period. jileevo will not accept requests to reactivate a self-excluded account before the exclusion period has fully expired. If you self-exclude for 6 months, you will not be able to access jileevo for the full 6 months under any circumstances. We take this commitment seriously because it is in your best interest.
