jileevo Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of jileevo, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus claims, gameplay, and all other interactions with the platform. Please read this document carefully before creating an account or placing any bets. By accessing jileevo, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering with, or using jileevo in any capacity — including browsing the website, creating an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or claiming bonuses — you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with jileevo's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must not use jileevo.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and jileevo with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral. jileevo reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account. Your continued use of jileevo following notification of a change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are written in English and apply to all players accessing jileevo from Bangladesh. In the event of any inconsistency or ambiguity, the English version of these Terms shall prevail.
Age Restriction and Eligibility
jileevo is strictly an adult platform. You must be 18 years of age or older to register an account and use any part of jileevo, including the casino, sportsbook, and any promotional features. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. jileevo reserves the right to request identity documentation to verify your age at any point, including before processing your first withdrawal.
If jileevo has reasonable grounds to suspect that a registered player is under 18, the account will be suspended pending age verification. Any winnings accrued during a period when the account holder is determined to have been under 18 will be forfeited in full. Deposited funds may be returned at jileevo's discretion after investigation.
In addition to the age requirement, you confirm that:
- You are accessing jileevo voluntarily and for your own personal entertainment.
- You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity.
- You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
- You are not using any automated device, software, or system to place bets or interact with the platform unless expressly permitted by jileevo in writing.
- You have not previously been self-excluded from jileevo or had an account permanently closed for misconduct.
Account Registration
To access jileevo's casino, sportsbook, and payment features, you must register a personal account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number linked to a mobile banking service (such as bKash, Nagad, or Rocket). You agree to keep this information up to date at all times.
One Account Policy
Each individual person may hold only one active jileevo account. Registering more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. jileevo employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are found, jileevo reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit all balances including pending withdrawals, and permanently ban the player from re-registering.
Account Credentials
You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. jileevo strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Bangladesh mobile number as an additional layer of account protection. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jileevo support immediately at support@jileevo. jileevo will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
jileevo operates a KYC verification process in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices. You may be required to submit identity documentation — such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence — at the time of registration, prior to your first withdrawal, or at any other point determined by jileevo's compliance team. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawal requests until verification is completed.
Deposits and Withdrawals
All transactions on jileevo are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), denoted by the ৳ symbol. jileevo supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Specific minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the Wallet section of your account dashboard at the time of requesting a withdrawal.
Deposits
Deposits are processed in real time or near-real time, subject to the availability and processing times of the selected payment method. jileevo does not charge a fee for standard deposits; however, your mobile banking provider may apply their own service charges. You must only deposit funds from a payment source that is registered in your own name. jileevo reserves the right to reverse deposits received from unverified or third-party sources.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed by jileevo within 15 to 60 minutes during normal operating hours, subject to KYC verification being complete and no active security review on the account. Withdrawals are returned exclusively to the payment method used for the corresponding deposit, or to the player's verified registered account where a direct match is not available. jileevo reserves the right to conduct additional identity verification checks before approving any withdrawal request.
Transaction Disputes
If you believe a transaction on your jileevo account is incorrect or unauthorised, you must notify jileevo support within 30 days of the transaction date. Claims submitted after this period may not be investigated. jileevo will review all dispute submissions and communicate a resolution within 10 business days of receiving the dispute. During the investigation period, the disputed amount may be placed on a temporary hold.
Bonuses and Promotions
jileevo offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and returning players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the individual promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry dates. These Terms apply to all promotions in addition to any promotion-specific terms.
Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds credited to your jileevo account must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) is stated in the individual promotion terms. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only, not to any accompanying deposit amount. Progress towards meeting wagering requirements is visible in the Bonuses section of your account dashboard.
Bonus Restrictions
Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash prior to meeting wagering requirements. A player may not hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously. jileevo reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, and to void bonus funds and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing bets to lock in a guaranteed return, or exploiting a technical error in the platform.
Promotional Eligibility
Certain promotions on jileevo are restricted to specific player segments, deposit tiers, geographic regions within Bangladesh, or participation in specific game categories such as cricket betting or slot games. Eligibility criteria are stated in each individual promotion. jileevo's decision regarding eligibility is final. Players found to have claimed a promotion they were not eligible for will have the associated bonus and any derived winnings removed from their account.
Gameplay and Betting Rules
All games available on jileevo — including live casino tables, slot games, crash games, and sports betting markets — are governed by the rules published within each game or market interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules shall take precedence for that game only. For all other matters, these Terms govern.
Bet Acceptance and Settlement
A bet is not accepted until jileevo has confirmed it and assigned a unique bet reference. Unconfirmed bets are not valid. Sports bets are settled based on official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, BPL governing body for Bangladesh Premier League fixtures). jileevo reserves the right to delay settlement where an official result is under review or has not yet been confirmed.
Minimum and Maximum Stakes
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games on jileevo. These limits vary by game type, market, and the player's account tier. Current limits are displayed within the game or betting interface. jileevo reserves the right to adjust individual player stake limits at any time, without prior notice, based on account activity, risk assessment, or responsible gaming considerations.
Void Bets and Refunds
A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: a match being abandoned before the minimum required period of play, obvious pricing errors, technical malfunctions affecting the integrity of the market, or the discovery of match-fixing or corruption. Where a bet is voided, the stake amount is returned to the player's jileevo real-money balance. No additional compensation is payable in respect of a voided bet.
Responsible Play in Gaming
jileevo strongly encourages all players to engage with casino games and sports betting as a form of entertainment, within personal budgets they are comfortable with. Players are encouraged to use the deposit limits, session controls, and cooling-off tools available in the Responsible Gaming section of their account. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
As a registered user of jileevo, you agree to use the platform lawfully, honestly, and in good faith at all times. You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jileevo:
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information at any stage of registration or verification.
- Using jileevo for any purpose other than personal entertainment, including operating as an agent on behalf of third parties or syndicates.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise interfere with any part of the jileevo platform, including game software, betting algorithms, or security systems.
- Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform in any way not expressly permitted by jileevo.
- Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating in casino games, poker, or sports betting markets.
- Exploiting identified bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in the platform software for financial gain.
- Conducting any transaction through jileevo that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing jileevo staff or other users via any communication channel.
- Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation.
Any breach of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and permanent ban from jileevo. jileevo reserves the right to report any suspected criminal activity — including money laundering or fraud — to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the player.
Account Suspension and Closure
jileevo reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period, suspected fraudulent or criminal activity, account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months, or at the request of the player.
Player-Initiated Closure
You may request the closure of your jileevo account at any time by contacting support at support@jileevo. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawals will be completed to your verified payment method. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered bKash, Nagad, or other verified mobile banking account, subject to standard KYC requirements being met. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to stop gambling on jileevo may apply for permanent self-exclusion via the Responsible Gaming section of their account dashboard or by contacting support. Self-exclusion is irreversible. A self-excluded player may not re-register on jileevo using the same or any alternative personal details. Any attempt to circumvent self-exclusion will result in the permanent forfeiture of all associated balances. Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if no login or transaction activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. jileevo will notify the registered mobile number or email address associated with the account prior to applying a dormancy classification. Dormant accounts with a positive balance will have an administrative maintenance fee of ৳50 per month deducted from the real-money balance. The fee will continue to be applied until the balance reaches zero, at which point the account will be closed. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and verifying their identity with the support team.
jileevo's decision to suspend or close an account under the terms described above is final. Players who believe their account has been closed in error may submit a written appeal to support@jileevo within 14 days of the closure notification. All appeals will be reviewed within 10 business days.
